- VFT's "Keep Your Eye on the Ball" 2010: 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament
Our 2010 "Keep Your Eye on the Ball" Event will be held on August 22nd at Joy of the Game Basketball in Deerfield. It will include a 3-on-3 basketball tournament,as well as a family party (see below). Registration is now open!! To register, click on the event registration tab to the left. - Songs for Sight
A Children’s Benefit Concert for United Families of Aniridia & Vision for Tomorrow. The 2010 Songs for Sight concert is a musical concert for children of all ages featuring Mr. Steve from SteveSongs, as seen on PBS Kids. Doors open at 1:30pm for general admission seating, however, come as early as 1:00pm to visit our information tables and purchase raffle tickets, tee shirts and concessions. Tickets: $15 per person, T-Shirts: $10 each, Raffle: $2/ticket (or 12 for $20). Space is limited. - Swim Bike Run for Aniridia
On July 4, 2010 Cathy Chauvin will be competing in the Independence Triathlon at Eisenhower Park in New York. Cathy will be swimming 500 meters, biking 6 miles, and then running 3 miles in honor of her daughter, Jessica, who has aniridia. All funds raised will go to support research for aniridia. Our 2010 "Keep Your Eye on the Ball" Event will be held on August 22nd at Joy of the Game Basketball in Deerfield. It will include an all-day 3-on-3 basketball tournament (see above) as well as a Family Party from 4pm-7pm. This party will include dancing with Bizar Entertainment, a silent auction, inflatables and MUCH more! Registration is now open!! To register, click on the "event registration" tab to the left. - Sara's Marathon
Our great friend Sara Poticha ran in the Chicago Marathon on October 12, 2008 and finished! She chose Vision for Tomorrow as her cause. Thank you Sara for making our cause, your cause. Thanks for the generous contributions from your friends and family!
- August 23rd-24th 2008 Family Event!!
Our "Keep Your Eye on the Ball" event at Joy of the Game basketball in Deerfield, with Bizar Entertainment and featuring DePaul Head Coach Jerry Wainwright was a huge success! Our basketball tournament included 38 teams and over 600 people enjoyed the carnival. Thanks to all of our generous supporters we raised over $60,000!! Thanks to all of our committee members and dedicated volunteers. We couldn't have done it without you!
- Summer Garage Sale Raises $3,000!
A neighborhood garage sale yielded great deals for bargain hunters — and $3,000 for The Vision for Tomorrow Foundation.
